Week Seven (and Six, and Five)

In which I post three weeks at once because, hell, I have a howling infant on my lap. Mike, Kurt, and Josh are all doing awfully, yes awfully, well. Josh thinks he's Mr. Big because he's had three weeks of 11 right; Kurt thinks he's Mr. Big with his 13 right; Mike thinks he's Mr. Big because he's got a two game lead. One of these guys is likely to get money back after the midpoint of the season (next week).

Week Four -- 2005

In which my new son is born. Someday he'll take all of your money in this pool.
Please note: we usually doublecheck all of the week's scores before posting them, but these are not doublechecked as my doublechecking cocommissioner is out of, uhm, commission. On vacation. If anyone notices discrepancies, by all means call and we'll run through the games I've marked vs. those you've marked.

Week Three -- 2005

In which Alexanders come out of the woodwork--Shaun with four touchdowns, Mary with 10 games picked right, and Mike with the overall lead. Financial news update, as I'm looking at the business page as I write this: Exxon, Conoco, Pepsi, Coca Cola, Merrill Lynch, and Glaxo SmithKline, AstraZeneca, Halliburton, Prudential, Raytheon, Tesoro, Boeing, Northrup Grumman, Weyerhauser and Unilever are all trading at 52-week highs. On the other hand, NY Times is trading at a 52-week low. Silly newspapers.
